Carly Kozacheck

Carly is an award-winning designer & illustrator, holding a BFA in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Currently Art Directing at Red Tettemer O’Connell & Partners, a creative agency in Philadelphia, PA. There, she’s worked on clients such as Black Box Wines, Trane Technologies, Dietz & Watson, Apothic Wines, Insomnia Cookies, Disney Doorables, RovR Products, and many more.

You may be wondering why Carly is so obsessed with the word “synergy” and the brain, and the answer is because she has synesthesia, a condition where one’s brain experiences one of its senses through another. Carly’s particular type of synesthesia causes her to be able to see colors through sound. As a result, she’s been able to apply this ability to several of her pieces.

Outside of work, Carly is usually spending time in the woods plein-air painting with friends, attending concerts, or working on her passion projects. Her love languages are mood boards and specially-curated Spotify playlists.
